Cheerleading is great fun, increases flexibility, fitness and acrobatic skills, and builds confidence!
The Energize Cheerleaders are based at NRG Studios Illawarra, where classes are friendly, safe and most of all - ENERGETIC!
Situated at the University of Wollongong!
The Junior, Intermediate and Senior Energize Cheerleading classes are open to all ages- 4yrs to adult!
If you are an experienced dancer, cheerleader or gymnast or if you have had no experience at all, we can cater to all levels.
The Energize Cheerleaders perform at a variety of community, cultural and sporting events!
Quality choreography, with routines set to exciting Cheermixes of Hip Hop and dance tracks from artists like Missy Elliot, Britney Spears, Pink, Gwen Stefani and Ciara!
